Terms + Care
Due to the handmade nature of natural materials and processes used, there may be variations in size, color and texture. Unless stated otherwise, Milk and Clay ceramics are dishwasher, microwave and food safe; handwash is recommended. Patinas may develop with use and are part of the charm in using handmade ceramics - the matte white glazes in particular are more prone to this characteristic. 

Return Policy
Please note we do not offer refunds or returns. If items are found damaged in the event of shipping, please contact milkandclay@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt for online credit. Photo documentation is required. 

Shipping
Orders may take 1-2 business days to process. Shipments will take place within 5 business days of the purchase via USPS Priority Mail. Milk and Clay is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather.

International Shipping
International packages are subjected to taxes and duties upon delivery. Additional charges and delays are at the responsibility and understanding of the recipient.
